2009 WILD WING Invitational Tournament

Dear Potential Sponsor,

For the first time ever, AYSO Region 7, Westchester will host a non-profit Soccer Tournament over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. AYSO Region 7, (comprised of Westchester, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista Inglewood and parts of other local communities), is the host of this extravaganza.

This all volunteer tournament will take place over the three days of the Thanksgiving Day weekend, Friday November 27th through Sunday the 29th. Boys and girls ages 8- 13, (U10-U14) will be able to participate in these matches. Tournament officials expect to field a total of 60 teams from the surrounding regions and will conduct the games on local fields with in the Westchester, Playa Del Rey area. Because of its unique format, past history suggests that this tournament will quickly sell out.

The actual projected number of people attending is as follows:

60 teams x 14 players and 2 coaches per team	= 960
180 referees ( 3 per game)	= 180
150 volunteers and game officials	= 150
Minimum of 2 family members per player	= 1680

Total of 2970 attendees

And this is the pure minimum of potential clients/customers that will be converging on, or at our fields. The numbers we've used haven't even factored in the other extended family members such as grand parents, aunts, uncles, siblings and friends etc.

The venues themselves will be located in the Westchester and Playa Del Rey area. The main venue will be located at Neilsen Field in Westchester. This is where the bulk of activity will take place. We will have all teams check in at this field and then be dircted to the appropriate field they have been assigned to. Because of this high traffic ares Region 7 will have an operatioal snack stand, T-shirt, sweatshirt and other tournament related goods in booths. Already we have an ATM lined up for on premises cash and several other vendors that are highly interested. So as you can see, there is unlimited opportunity to make contact with an eager, highly captive, and diverse demographic.

We have a variety of ways your company, organization or individual can participate in this fun and philanthropic event. To that end, I am attaching a list of our sponsorship levels available to you. This is not hard and fast , but rather a guideline for what we have in place. For instance we will have a sponsor t shirt that will be distributed to all players, coaches, and referees. Banners will be prominently displayed with the sponsors logo and tag line. Flyers and coupons will be distributed in coach and referee packets. Other give aways are pending. We are of course open to suggestion to any other goods and services used as advertising that you have found to be successful at similar venues.

So don't be a turkey and be left out of this fun and successful opportunity to promote your goods and services.. Not only will you be lending your name to a great cause, you will be generating good will for you and your company through out the South Bay and surrounding cities while benefiting the kids of AYSO Region 7.
